3–4 October: independent design at Manifattura

On 3 and 4 October 2026, Creative Mani Factory returns to Manifattura Tabacchi’s Motel building, from 10am to 8pm. Admission is free with registration. If you are looking for an object to take home, this is a detour we suggest considering during your stay.

Organiser Heyart’s programme announces more than fifty independent designers and artisans, spanning jewellery, ceramics, clothing and illustration. This edition includes printmaking and graphics with Fondazione Il Bisonte, TodoModo Dilà, FUL Magazine and Florence’s Scuola Internazionale di Comics. Il Bisonte’s The Print Factory talk is scheduled for Saturday at 11:40am.

Our suggestion is to arrive curious about materials: ask who makes an object, how it is produced and how to care for it. For a print, ask about technique, edition size and any signature; for ceramics, check packaging and transport options. These questions can make a purchase more considered.
